We are not affiliated with any utility, supplier, or project developer. We work for our clients exclusively.

Daniel founded Developments CS to bring the kind of utility bill scrutiny that large enterprises buy from international consultancies into reach for Mid-Atlantic property owners, operators, and small commercial portfolios. The work pairs tariff and regulatory expertise with operational fluency.
His client roster spans multifamily portfolios, healthcare campuses, school districts, retail chains, and industrial operators across BGE, PEPCO, Delmarva, and Washington Gas territory.
